Grace Holloway
Thoughtful faith-based books for the woman who loves God, trusts Scripture, and still can’t stop worrying.
Grace Holloway writes at the intersection of Christian faith and the anxious mind — honest about the difficulty, grounded in biblical hope, and completely free of the kind of easy answers that add shame to suffering. Her books are for the woman who knows the verses and still can’t get out of the car.
About Grace
Written from the honest, difficult place – not from the other side of it
Grace Holloway would tell you that nothing in her fifteen years of women’s ministry prepared her for the morning she sat in a church car park, unable to get out of the car, heart pounding, completely unable to explain to herself why someone who believed everything she believed was being undone by anxiety.
She knew the verses. She had taught them. And yet.
What followed was a long, honest reckoning — with Scripture, with brain science, and with the ways the church had sometimes spoken about mental health in ways that added shame to suffering rather than relief. She studied, she prayed, she found counsellors she trusted, and she slowly rebuilt a theological framework for the anxious mind that was honest about the difficulty and grounded in genuine, specific biblical hope.
Her books are the product of that reckoning. Written for the woman who loves God, trusts Scripture, and still can’t stop worrying — and who needs someone to sit with her in that honest, difficult place without flinching.

Why Readers Choose Grace
What makes Grace’s books different
Grace writes in the way a trusted friend talks — direct, warm, and completely free of the kind of vague inspiration that sounds good but doesn’t actually help. Here’s what readers consistently say about her books:
Theologically honest
Grace doesn’t paper over the gap between knowing the truth and being able to live it. Her books start there — in that gap — rather than pretending it doesn’t exist.
Faith and science together
Drawing on fifteen years in women’s ministry and a deep study of neuroscience, Grace writes for the whole person — spirit, mind, and body — without asking readers to choose between faith and understanding.
No shame, no easy answers
The church hasn’t always served anxious women well. Grace writes with full awareness of that — and with the kind of practical, specific biblical hope that actually holds up in a hard moment.
